Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, dynamic Construction Project Manager & Site Incharge to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple residential, commercial, and government projects. You will assume total accountability for project scope, team leadership, resource allocation, and budget compliance, ensuring that all projects are delivered safely, on time, and up to quality standards.

Role & responsibilities

1. Project Planning, Execution & Monitoring

• Lead the entire project lifecycle from pre-planning, cost estimation, budgeting, and scheduling to final handover and closure.
• Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring implementation aligned strictly with blueprints, technical specifications, and design drawings.
• Establish work schedules and closely monitor daily progress, preparing comprehensive monthly work progress reports for stakeholders.

2. Resource & Material Management

• Calculate and allocate resources (machinery, materials, and staff) to prevent site downtime and ensure availability when needed.
• Implement strict material control measures to monitor material delivery, prevent wastage, and keep projects under budget.
• Forecast labor requirements for each specific item of work and optimize productivity.

3. Contract & Financial Control

• Manage sub-contractor bills, verify measurements, and handle billing verification and approvals.
• Negotiate contracts with subordinates, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain cost-efficiency.
• Track financial spending against the approved budget and apply cost-control protocols.

4. Stakeholder & Compliance Coordination

• Act as the primary bridge between clients, architects, structural engineers, inspectors, and regulators to meet project milestones.
• Acquire necessary permits and ensure all operations comply with local building regulations, environmental guidelines, and safety standards.
• Manage on-site community or environmental issues swiftly and professionally as they arise.

5. Team Leadership & Quality Assurance

• Manage on-site construction crews, delegate clear responsibilities, and provide technical guidance.
• Enforce rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) alongside zero-compromise safety standards on site.
• Hire, train, and mentor site supervisors, engineers, and construction staff.

Preferred candidate profile

• Core Skills: Project Management, Site Execution, Client Coordination, Planning & Monitoring, and Cost Control.
• Technical Knowledge: High proficiency in reading blueprints/drawings, understanding contract/subcontract documents, and managing QA/QC processes.
• Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general project management software/computer operating systems.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, analytical business sense, sharp attention to detail, persistence, and strong verbal communication.
