What they need
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Service Delivery Engineer to lead customer relationships, governance, coordination, and reporting. The role involves coordinating architecture assessments, managing Service Requests (SRs) and Change Requests (CRs), tracking delivery milestones, and ensuring customer sign-offs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery or Project Management
- Working knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365 (M365), GCP, and OCI
- Experience managing customer relationships and governance meetings
- Ability to coordinate architecture assessments and implementation activities with architects
- Experience managing SR/CR intake, prioritization, tracking, and delivery
- Strong skills in risk, action, and issue tracking
- Experience in reporting, documentation, and delivery milestone tracking
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- Saudi Nationality is required
- ITIL knowledge preferred
- Experience coordinating cloud-related architecture and service delivery activities
