Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute residential & commercial construction projects from start to completion.
• Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and site execution.
• Handle client communication and coordination, ensuring timely updates and resolution of concerns.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth execution.
• Review drawings, specifications, materials, and site requirements to ensure proper execution.
• Identify and resolve technical, site, and execution-related issues to avoid project delays.
• Monitor project milestones, manpower, materials, and overall progress while ensuring timely project completion.
• Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Residential Construction is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong client coordination and project management skills.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and site execution.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
