Job Summary

AVA Group is looking for an experienced and organized Project Manager to oversee project planning, coordination, execution, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, the ability to coordinate with multiple teams, and experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and on-site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project schedules, timelines, and execution plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, site engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Track project budgets, material requirements, resource allocation, and expenses.
• Conduct regular site visits and project review meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Identify potential project risks, delays, and execution challenges, and take appropriate corrective action.
• Ensure effective communication between project stakeholders and maintain regular progress updates.
• Review project documentation, work schedules, measurements, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable site safety requirements and project procedures.
• Monitor the quality of work and coordinate inspections and corrective actions where required.
• Manage multiple priorities and ensure projects meet agreed timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in project management, construction, or interior fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of project planning, site execution, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and construction drawings.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Good communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and project documentation; knowledge of project planning tools is an advantage.

A proactive and accountable professional with strong coordination and leadership abilities, attention to detail, and a practical approach to resolving project challenges and ensuring timely project completion.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
