Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and manage projects from order receipt through execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.

· Prepare project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and execution priorities.

· Develop an integrated project plan covering scope, time (schedule and milestones), cost (budget and cost control), resources (manpower, materials, and equipment), quality, risk, procurement, and communication.

· Establish the approved project baseline, track variances in time, cost, and resources, and manage changes through a formal change-control process.

· Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement, QA/QC, Site, Accounts, and Sales teams.

· Monitor project progress, costs, material availability, and delivery schedules.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

· Review BOQ, BOM, drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

· Identify project risks, execution issues, and delays and coordinate corrective actions.

· Conduct project review meetings and maintain regular project status reports.

· Ensure quality, safety, and compliance requirements are followed during execution.

· Support testing, commissioning, documentation, and final project handover.
