Project Manager

We specialize in acoustic panel decoration and installation, providing high-quality solutions for various environments. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant Project Manager to join our team and support the Project Manager in overseeing the entire process from transport to installation, ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate site work, including scheduling, delivery of goods, and reporting on-site conditions.
• Liaise with site project management and oversee site supervision to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
• Coordinate with the production floor and administration department to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage and interpret customer requirements, working with team members to create solutions that meet their needs.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations as needed to support project goals and client understanding.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in construction or interior design industries.
• Proficient in English and Malay, both written and verbal; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, diligently, and within tight deadlines, including weekends as needed.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently, possess own transport and valid driving license.
