Job Description

A well-established construction company in Miami, Florida, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination, with the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders.
• Identify and resolve project challenges to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress to key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial or general construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and cost management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with construction project management software and scheduling tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
