• Trade-In is a service that allows customers at our partners’ stores to trade in their devices and receive a discount on a new gadget or a gift card.

• Buying back devices from companies is a service that helps businesses of any size and type turn devices they no longer need into cash—quickly, safely, and in an eco-friendly way.

• Device Refurbishment — our AI-powered robotic production facility holds three international ISO certifications and meets the industry’s latest Industry 5.0 standards. This is how we guarantee the quality of every device we sell.

• We also have our own retail stores and an online store.

Our partners include major electronics chains, telecom operators, IT companies, as well as authorized Apple and Samsung partners.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team🌎

Key Responsibilities:

• Define scope, milestones, governance, and acceptance criteria.
• Build and maintain integrated schedules, budgets, risk logs, and action plans.
• Coordinate dependencies across purchasing, logistics, engineering, and business teams.
• Lead status reviews, escalation, change control, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive handover, benefits tracking, and lessons learned.
• Initiate and follow through new operational projects, including production relocations and new-equipment installations.
• Define scope, objectives, owners, timelines, and follow-up routines for new projects.
• Translate operational needs into structured IT tasks and requirements for internal ERP improvement projects.
• Coordinate internal ERP improvement delivery, testing, issue resolution, and business acceptance.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects in manufacturing, operations, logistics, supply chain, or technology environments.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and departments.
• Experience with production relocations, facility setup projects, equipment installation, or operational process improvements.
• Experience coordinating ERP implementation or enhancement projects and working closely with IT teams.
• Demonstrated experience in project planning, budgeting, risk management, change control, and stakeholder communication.
• Track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to defined scope.
• English - intermediate or higher;
