Project Manager

At Gaston & Wyatt, a Project Manager doesn't just keep a schedule; they own the outcome. You'll lead luxury residential projects from the shop floor to the jobsite, working alongside architects and builders nationally on some of the finest millwork in the country, produced from our 65,000-square-foot Charlottesville facility. What You'll Do

• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned millwork projects, from initial handoff through installation and closeout
• Serve as the primary point of contact for architects, general contractors, and clients, keeping communication clear and proactive
• Review and approve submittals, shop drawings, and change orders, solving problems before they reach the jobsite
• Coordinate closely with production, engineering, and logistics to keep projects on schedule and on budget
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and share the knowledge that keeps our standards high

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Experience managing construction or millwork projects from start to finish
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with comfort managing multiple projects at once
• Clear, professional communication with clients, architects, and internal teams

Preferred:

• Experience in luxury residential millwork, casework, or high-end construction
• Familiarity with project scheduling or management software
• A degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field

Pay: $60,000.00 - $92,500.00 per year
