Project Manager

About Us:

CRC Builders is a family-owned residential remodeling company specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions, and full-service renovations. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated Project Manager who’s ready to grow with us and take ownership of multiple projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage 5–10 residential construction projects at a time

Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and site schedules

Perform takeoffs, assist with ordering, and manage site logistics

Maintain clear, consistent communication with homeowners, subs, and our internal team

Use (or learn) project management software like JobTread, Buildertrend, or similar tools

Keep projects on schedule, within scope, and on budget

Partipate in weekly updates and problem-solve in real time with ownership

Requirements:

Must be drug-free and maintain a clean, professional appearance

2+ years of MANAGEMENT experience in residential remodeling with a willingness to learn

Familiarity with takeoffs, materials, and subcontractor scheduling preferred

Comfortable using or learning project management platforms

Strong communication, follow-through, and time management skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
