Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of construction management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction scheduling, cost management, and team leadership will drive project success and client satisfaction. Duties

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation using industry-standard project management software such as Primavera P6 and Procore.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
• Oversee construction schedule coordination, ensuring timely completion of all phases while managing potential delays or issues proactively.
• Manage project budgets by tracking costs, reviewing contracts, and implementing cost control measures to maximize efficiency.
• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with design intent and regulatory standards.
• Supervise on-site activities to ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and construction regulations.
• Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and maintain detailed documentation for all project phases.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all aspects of construction projects and manage contract negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.
• Manage teams in a construction management role by providing clear direction, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Utilize construction estimating tools like HeavyBid to accurately forecast costs and resource needs for upcoming projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong background in construction management software
• Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling, project coordination, cost management, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and construction plans accurately while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a construction environment; excellent time management abilities.
• Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and tools such as HeavyBid; experience in managing budgets effectively.
• In-depth understanding of construction regulations governing safety standards and environmental compliance.
• Construction site experience is essential to understand field operations thoroughly.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels; ability to manage contracts confidently.
