Project Manager

Qualification:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• At 10 years of building, civil & structural construction experience
• Strong background in reinforced concrete, foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and structural steel
• Experienced in managing site engineers, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and construction quality
• Able to lead projects from mobilization through completion and turnover
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and travel when required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and mentor Project Engineers, Office Engineers, and Site Engineers
• Oversee projects from planning through completion
• Monitor project progress, quality, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Review plans, methodologies, technical reports, and construction issues
• Support recruitment, training, and development of engineering staff

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
