Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from initiation to completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to address issues proactively.
• Track project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards, project objectives, and client expectations are consistently achieved.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and compliance with company processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders.
• Support business growth through effective project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Account Management, or a related role.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Experience in advertising, marketing, media, events, or related industries is an advantage.
