This individual will lead the organization through the various components of a successful CRM upgrade by assisting in the creation of a project plan and helping the team stick to a project timeline. The CRM Upgrade and Implementation Project Manager will be working with and collecting feedback from various stakeholders across the organization to ensure a successful upgrade.

We are looking for highly motivated, experienced, organized and collaborative self-starter who is comfortable leading a project team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

• Able to accurately communicate project milestones, requirements, and potential risks with project sponsor and senior leaders.

• Able to properly and proactively identify and escalate potential implementation risks and dependencies, as well as manage internal communication associated with mitigating those risks.

• Develop detailed project plans and drive projects towards target go-live dates.

• Support and collaborate with project team members during Configuration, Testing, and Training phases.

• Understand and follow the organization s project management best practices around status updates and reporting.

• Schedule project meetings, manage follow-ups, write and distribute meeting notes.

• Coordinate scheduling, planning, manage scope and deliverables throughout the lifecycle with vendor.

• Manage and lead project working group meetings.

• Able to understand our current state CRM and the vision for future state CRM.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge and handling of large projects.

• Experience with industry standard CRM tools and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud is a must have.

• Experience with project management methodologies like Agile, Hybrid approach and relevant tools like Jira, Confluence is necessary.

• Excellent Vendor management skills.

• Ability to work independently, handle several components of a project simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

• Ability to translate between team and stakeholders, keeping everyone s interests and needs integrated as part of a project s successful completion.

• Change management knowledge, including overseeing (and at times driving or leading) complex change initiatives.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with team members at all levels.

• Strong attention to detail.
