Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects in the forementioned industries. Based in Houston, TX 77024. The Project Manager will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and clients to uphold ISS's high standards of quality and innovation.

This position reports to the Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors/vendors.
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure cost-effective and timely material delivery.
• Monitor and report project performance, including risks and financials, to senior management.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Promote continuous improvement by enhancing project management processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Certifications: PMP Certification or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in project management within industrial environments.
  • Experience with control panel projects, power systems, or electrical systems preferred.
• Skills & Knowledge:
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
  • Experience with ERP systems for procurement and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with industries such as dredging, shredders, pumps/pump controls, oil and gas, wastewater, power generation, structural fabrication.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and risk management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
