We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager (min. 5 years of experience) to lead our expanding PMO and drive high-impact simulation projects to success. As a Project Manager, you will serve as a strategic pillar in our organization, overseeing high-value simulation portfolios from inception to delivery. You will mentor team members, align cross-functional technical teams, manage high-stakes client relationships, and ensure our projects consistently exceed industry standards for quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Project Portfolio Oversight: Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale, complex simulation projects and enterprise-level portfolios from strategic planning to deployment and closeout.
• Advanced Resource & Financial Governance: Manage multi-million dollar budgets, resource allocation matrices, and portfolio scheduling to maximize ROI, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Enterprise Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify high-level technical, operational, and financial risks, establishing robust mitigation frameworks and change control protocols.
• Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary escalation point and strategic partner for C-level executives, key clients, and international partners, delivering transparent and impactful project governance reports.
• PMO Leadership & Process Optimization: Drive the continuous improvement of internal PMO methodologies, frameworks (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid), and governance standards to scale team productivity.
• Comprehensive Documentation & Compliance: Oversee enterprise-grade project documentation, contract compliance, intellectual property protection, and regulatory standards.
• Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic team of project coordinators and cross-functional engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous professional growth.

Requirements:

• Experience: min. 5 years of progressive experience in Project Management, with a strong focus on complex engineering, IT infrastructure, defense, or the advanced simulation industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Professional Certifications: Recognized PM certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master) are strongly preferred.
• Technical & Tool Mastery: Deep expertise in project management methodologies and advanced proficiency with enterprise PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Primavera).
• Financial & Commercial Acumen: Proven mastery in capital budgeting, financial forecasting, cost control, and contract negotiation for large-scale operations.
• Executive Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations with exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
• Communication & Language: Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills. Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) will be an advantage
