We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record delivering projects within the Education sector. This is an exciting opportunity to drive a critical discovery and evaluation initiative focused on identifying and selecting a future-state software platform within a complex university environment.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating university governance frameworks, engaging diverse stakeholder groups, and managing politically sensitive environments while delivering clear, evidence-based recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead a discovery and evaluation project for software platform selection

✅ Engage with incumbent vendors, shortlisted providers, and emerging market entrants

✅ Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and stakeholder consultations

✅ Assess software solutions against business, technical, and operational requirements

✅ Develop comprehensive evaluation reports, recommendations, and executive-level documentation

✅ Manage project governance, risks, dependencies, and reporting

✅ Build strong relationships across academic, administrative, and operational stakeholder groups

What We're Looking For

• Proven Project Management experience within the Education sector
• Strong understanding of university governance structures and stakeholder landscapes
• Experience leading software selection, evaluation, or discovery projects
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and competing priorities
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and reporting skills

Highly Regarded

• Experience evaluating clinical software platforms or healthcare-related technology solutions

• Exposure to clinical environments, clinical administration teams, or health faculties

• Experience producing formal business cases, evaluation reports, and vendor recommendations
