Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive project schedules
• Coordinate with design teams to review construction plans, schematics, and blueprints for accuracy and feasibility
• Manage project budgets by tracking costs, preparing estimates, and implementing cost control measures
• Oversee procurement processes including contracts, subcontractor management, and material sourcing
• Ensure construction site safety compliance by adhering to all relevant regulations and conducting regular site inspections
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project delivery

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong track record of success
• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam
• Solid understanding of construction estimating, scheduling, cost management, and regulatory compliance processes
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints accurately
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a construction management role
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and experience ensuring regulatory compliance on-site
• Construction site experience is highly preferred along

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
