What they need
About the role
Our client is at a key stage of a major payments program, with peak throughput approaching and 19 clients due to migrate to a new payments platform. They’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead those migrations and keep clients informed and confident throughout.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the migration of clients onto the platform through the program’s peak period
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing conversations and expectations
- Coordinate delivery across payments processing and technical teams
- Be on site on the night of each migration to oversee cutover
Essential skills and experience
- Hands-on experience with Visa and eftpos
- A strong background in payments processing
- Availability to be on site for migration nights
Desirable skills and experience
- Confident communicating with clients and managing sensitive conversations
- Experience migrating clients in the payments industry
