PROJECT MANAGER

Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Project Manager to lead our construction and development portfolio from conceptualization through handover. You will have full operational and financial accountability for multiple projects, managing stakeholders, high-level planning, and driving overall corporate project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of construction projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, milestones, resource schedules, and financial budgets.
• Oversee contract administration, procurement strategies, tender evaluations, and subcontract agreements.
• Manage and mentor site managers, engineers, and project administration teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, architects, local authorities, and board members.
• Identify potential project risks, cost variances, or delays, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong commercial acumen, financial management, and contract negotiation skills.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and crisis-resolution abilities.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
