Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress against these plans.
- Identify potential issues early on and implement corrective actions to minimize delays or cost overruns.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in architectural design or interior design industry.
- Strong understanding of AOD (Architectural Design) principles and practices.
- Excellent drawing skills with ability to create accurate technical drawings using software such as AutoCAD or similar tools.
