Project Manager

Johnny’s Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish, including roofing, siding, remodeling, and general construction. Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate daily work, crews, and subcontractors. Visit job sites to monitor progress, workmanship, and safety. Prepare estimates, review project costs, and manage budgets. Order materials and coordinate deliveries. Manage schedules and keep projects on track. Coordinate permits and inspections. Communicate with customers, suppliers, and the office. Resolve job site issues and provide project updates. Requirements: Experience managing construction projects. Knowledge of roofing, remodeling, and general construction. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Ability to read plans and prepare estimates. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
