Role

The Project Manager is a full-time role based in Warren, OH, responsible for managing construction projects from planning through closeout. This role oversees scope, schedule, budget, and quality, coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Day-to-day activities include developing project plans, monitoring progress, managing RFIs and submittals, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The Project Manager reviews drawings and specifications, conducts site visits and inspections, and proactively identifies and mitigates risks or delays. The role also includes leading project meetings, maintaining accurate documentation, approving invoices and change orders, and preparing regular status reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience working in the construction industry.
• Experience managing projects with values of at least $1M.
• Strong project management skills, including experience planning, executing, and closing construction projects.
• Proven experience in commercial, industrial, and/or federal construction environments.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Procore and basic MS Office tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Warren, OH and visit job sites as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Must pass a Federal background check and pre-employment drug test.
