Project-Manager

Role Description The Project Manager role at Alshareef for Building Materials is a part-time, remote position focused on coordinating and overseeing projects related to procurement, logistics, and delivery of building materials. On a day-to-day basis, the Project Manager will plan project timelines, manage resources, track progress, and communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time completion. The role includes monitoring material orders, resolving delays, and coordinating expediting activities with suppliers and logistics providers. The Project Manager will also prepare status reports, ensure compliance with quality and inspection requirements, and support process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Expeditor and Expediting to manage and accelerate material orders and deliveries.
• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Candidates should possess skills in Inspection to verify quality, quantity, and compliance of building materials and related processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logistics Management to coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Relevant experience in building materials, construction supply, or related industries is beneficial.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
• Proficiency in project management tools and basic office software; familiarity with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
