JOB DESCRIPTION – PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Pune (Preferred)

1. Job Purpose

To manage the execution of natural stone façade, hardscape, and interior stone projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and efficient utilization of manpower and materials.

2. Key Responsibilities

● Plan, coordinate, and monitor site execution, project schedules, and daily activities.

● Manage façade cladding (wet and dry systems), hardscape, stone flooring, wall cladding, dado, counters, kerbs, and other architectural stone works.

● Read, interpret, and work with construction drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

● Coordinate with clients and consultants at the site level for execution, measurements, inspections, and issue resolution.

● Manage site manpower, subcontractors, material requirements, and work allocation.

● Coordinate with internal production, procurement, and logistics teams for timely material availability.

● Monitor workmanship, quality, productivity, material wastage, and safety.

● Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, and execution records; identify delays and implement corrective actions.

● Ensure timely completion, snag rectification, and project handover.

3. Qualifications & Skills

● Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

● 7 years of hands-on experience in project execution, preferably in natural stone façade, hardscape, or interior stone works.

● Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project for project planning, scheduling, and reporting.

● Ability to read, interpret, and work with AutoCAD drawings and Revit models.

● Fluency in spoken English is essential.

● Strong site coordination, planning, problem-solving, and team management skills.

● Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

4. Preferred Candidate Profile

A technically sound, hands-on professional capable of independently managing site execution, coordinating resources, resolving site-level issues, and delivering projects within committed timelines.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
