Project Manager

We are supporting a client in Luxembourg who are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager within Transfer Agency to lead and deliver fund launches, migrations and complex Transfer Agency projects. The role will involve coordinating internal teams, managing client relationships and ensuring the successful implementation of new funds, operating models and system changes into production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end fund launches, migrations and complex Transfer Agency projects.
• Coordinate activities across Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, Custody, Operations, and Technology.
• Manage client relationships and review fund documentation, including prospectuses and application forms.
• Develop Transfer Agency operating models and coordinate fund setup on relevant platforms.
• Manage project timelines, risks, testing and implementation readiness.
• Deliver fund lifecycle events, including restructures, name changes, dealing cycle changes and liquidations.
• Ensure smooth transition into production and train operational teams on new fund models.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience working in Transfer Agency and project management.
• Strong knowledge of fund structures, including UCITS, ELTIFs, RAIFs, SIFs, private equity and real estate funds.
• Experience with fund launches, migrations, system setup and operational implementation.
• Strong understanding of fund documentation and Transfer Agency operating models.
• Excellent client management, stakeholder coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects independently and deliver within agreed timelines.
• Fluency in English.
