What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the EMEA Early-in-Career sales onboarding cohort.
• Coordinate programme planning, scheduling, logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and programme milestones to ensure successful delivery.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Project Management or Program Management experience.
• Proven success delivering complex cross-functional projects within matrix organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive outcomes without direct authority.

Nice to Have

• Experience within Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Talent Development, or Learning Programmes.
• Background supporting Early-in-Career, Graduate, or New Hire onboarding initiatives.
• Experience within a global technology organisation.
