Position Overview -

Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for independently managing software projects and ensuring successful project delivery from planning through deployment.

This role requires strong leadership, ownership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution

• Translate business requirements into actionable project plans
• Define project milestones, deliverables, and timelines
• Coordinate project execution across departments
• Monitor project health and delivery progress

Team Coordination

• Work closely with developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders
• Facilitate project discussions and sprint activities
• Ensure accountability for assigned deliverables
• Remove blockers affecting project progress

Client Management

• Conduct project meetings and status reviews
• Share project updates and progress reports
• Manage stakeholder expectations
• Coordinate feedback and change requests

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify delivery risks and dependencies
• Escalate issues appropriately
• Implement mitigation strategies
• Maintain project continuity and delivery confidence

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project documentation and records
• Prepare status reports and project summaries
• Track action items and decisions
• Ensure information accuracy across projects

Process Improvement

• Identify operational inefficiencies
• Improve project workflows and communication
• Contribute to PMO process enhancements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Technical Understanding

Candidates should possess a working understanding of:

• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Agile Methodology
• Scrum Framework
• Mobile Application Development
• Web Application Development
• Software Release Processes
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Product Development Workflows

Technical expertise is not required, but candidates should be comfortable working with software development teams and understanding technology project requirements.
