Project Manager

Riteweld Engineering Ltd — Banbury, Oxfordshire

Riteweld Engineering is a structural steel and architectural metalwork fabricator based in Banbury, and we're looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of our projects from handover through to completion.

You'll be the main point of contact for our clients and main contractors during delivery, coordinating closely with our Drawing Office, production, and site teams to keep every project moving safely, on time, and on budget.

This is an established, central role in how Riteweld delivers its work — available now as part of the business's continued growth, with real ownership of your own projects from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning project delivery from handover through to completion
• Managing the overall project programme across design, fabrication, logistics and site erection
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and main contractors
• Monitoring costs, managing variations, and protecting project margins
• Ensuring work meets quality, health & safety, and compliance standards

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing projects in structural steel, architectural metalwork, or construction/fabrication
• Confidence reading technical drawings and managing client relationships directly
• Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
• A track record of running multiple live projects at once
• The successful applicant will need to manage multiple projects tasks all at one time please.

Preferred Qualifications and Training (not essential)

• SMSTS qualification, or SSSTS (Site Supervisors’ Safety Training Scheme) with relevant experience.
• Appropriate CSCS card for construction site access.
• Appointed Person (AP) lifting operations qualification or experience coordinating crane lifts.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
