Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex construction projects from inception to completion in mobile home communities. This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, exceptional leadership skills, and proficiency with industry-standard project management software. Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions, develop detailed construction schedules, and coordinate all phases of project execution using tools such as Microsoft Office.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost control measures to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with Project Director, Director of Operations, engineers, contractors, and clients to review construction plans, schematics, and blueprints for accuracy and feasibility.
• Supervise project teams by assigning tasks, tracking progress, managing resources, and fostering effective communication across all stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations by managing contracts, change orders, and project documentation through systems like Buildertek and SiteWorks.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and safety compliance; address issues proactively to minimize delays.
• Utilize construction management software such as BuildTek and CompanyCam for estimating, scheduling, and project tracking purposes.
• Maintain comprehensive records of project activities including schedules, reports, incident logs, and regulatory compliance documentation.

Skills

• 5+ years experience with construction management software including CompanyCam, BuilderTek, SiteWorks, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• 5+ years construction experience. Experience with Mobile Home construction projects are a plus (but not required).
• A clean driving record is REQUIRED!
• Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques, scheduling practices, and cost management strategies.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills along with a thorough understanding of construction plans and schematics.
• Solid understanding of construction regulations and safety standards applicable across various jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams within a fast-paced construction environment; excellent time management skills.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Experience in managing project budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards are met.
