Project Manager

We're Hiring: Project ManagerLinx Outdoors | Indianapolis, INSalary: $55,000–$75,000/year (based on experience)

Start Date: ASAP – Ideally within 1–2 weeksLinx Outdoors is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, dependable Project Manager to join our team!We're not necessarily looking for someone with years of project management experience. We're looking for the right person with the right attitude who wants to learn, take ownership, and grow with our company.

What We're Looking For:

• Demonstrated some experience in construction, landscaping, or a related industry.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred to ensure effective communication with diverse teams and clients.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, responsible, and proactive in taking initiative.
• A disciplined team player willing to support operations wherever required.
• Positive attitude combined with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Commitment to company culture and a desire for long-term growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Crew and Subcontractor Coordination
• Assist in directing crews and subcontractors to ensure daily operations are executed efficiently.
• Project Organization and Scheduling
• Maintain project schedules, enforce deadlines, and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
• Communication and Liaison Duties
• Serve as a reliable point of contact with team members, vendors, and clients.
• Provide clear, professional updates in both English and Spanish.
• Operational Support
• Assist with scheduling, materials procurement, and quality control.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to keep projects progressing without interruption.

• Strict adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Immediate corrective action required for any deviation from project plans.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
