- Put together an organized Pre-Coaching Session Package for the coach before each upcoming meeting.
- Include outstanding deliverables, previously discussed strategies, client progress, and recommended follow-up topics.
- Gather relevant client documents, reports, KPIs, and resources needed for the next meeting.
- Ensure the coach enters every session fully prepared and informed on the client's current status.
3. Project Management & Deliverables
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously from start to finish.
- Maintain project timelines, task trackers, and deliverable schedules.
- Coordinate with coaches, consultants, and internal team members to keep projects moving forward.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed, reviewed, and delivered by their deadlines.
- Identify delays, communicate roadblocks, and proactively find solutions.

- Provide coaches and leadership with visibility into project status and upcoming deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to improve the client coaching experience and internal workflows.
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks between coaching sessions.
