Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders to drive business transformation initiatives, strategic projects, and product launches.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans to address potential challenges.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to communicate project status, key updates, and business outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Apply PMO methodologies, processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency and effective project governance.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on decisions and deliverables.
• Manage competing priorities and resources across matrixed teams while ensuring projects remain on schedule.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and support the achievement of organizational goals.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across global teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Support pharmaceutical or marketing-related initiatives, where applicable, in alignment with business requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience managing matrixed, cross-functional, or global projects/programs
• Experience with business transformation, strategic initiatives, product launches, or similar programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with English fluency
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, across a global environment
• Familiarity with PMO methodologies, tools, processes, and reporting frameworks
• Pharmaceutical industry and/or marketing experience is a plus
• Project management certification is advantageous

Pay Scale-

• ($50/hr on W2 to $60/hr on W2).
