About the role

Manage and coordinate ICT projects from initiation, implementation and testing through to final acceptance and project closure.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, progress reports, meeting minutes, risk registers and other required project documentation
• Coordinate with customers, internal technical teams, vendors, principals, subcontractors and other relevant stakeholders
• Ensure project activities and deliverables comply with the agreed scope, contractual requirements, technical specifications, timeline and budget
• Monitor project milestones, risks, issues, resources and dependencies, and escalate critical matters to Management when necessary
• Coordinate project meetings, implementation activities, testing, acceptance, training and handover activities
• Monitor project-related procurement, delivery, claims and commercial matters in coordination with the relevant departments
• Ensure proper project governance, documentation, approvals and records are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
• Perform any other project-related duties as reasonably assigned by Management
