Job Title: Project Manager
Summary of position: The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of steel fabrication and erection projects, ensuring delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role involves close coordination with design, fabrication, procurement, site execution teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with industrial safety and quality norms.
Qualification: Education Under Graduate/ Post Graduate with experience in similar position Experience 3 - 5 years of experience in similar position
Language Level of Proficiency English Reading Speaking Writing Document Writing Technical Skills Familiarity with international codes and standards (IS, AISC, AWS, ASTM) Experience with project planning tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project)

Duties and Responsibilities:
● Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
● Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
● Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

● Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

● Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

● Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

● Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

● Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

● Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

● Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

● Research and identify new market opportunities.

● Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.

● Excellent spoken and written, communication and interpersonal skills

● Explore business opportunities for new product lines.

● Customer centric and good at customer relationship management.

● Have strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

● Working with Manager. Prepare the product wise Annual Budget and drive strategy to achieve revenue

● Nurturing, Increasing growth, adding more products (as per Company’s product line) with existing clients.

● Sub-Contract Followup on Government Tender work and procuring.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
