Project Manager

Project Managers | Sweden | 12-Month Initial Contract

• Locations: Ockelbo, Sweden
• Contract: Initial 12 months, with potential extensions
• Flexible with Rotation
• Travel and Accommodation covered

We're looking for experienced, proactive Project Managers to support major engineering and construction projects across the Nordics, spanning Data Centres, Substations and Mission-Critical Infrastructure.

Rather than looking for a Project Manager with one particular technical specialism, we're prioritising strong all-round project management capability, adaptability and the ability to drive delivery.

What we're looking for:

• Proven Project Management Experience
• Proactive Problem-Solver
• Strong Planning & Coordination
• Commercial & Technical Awareness
• Excellent Communication
• Adaptability & Initiative

The Opportunity

With multiple projects at varying stages of delivery, there is flexibility to align the right individual with the workstream where their experience and capabilities will have the greatest impact.

We're not necessarily looking for the most technically specialised individual. We're looking for someone who can take ownership, see the bigger picture and get things done.
