Job Description:

Mphasis is looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead Application Maintenance Services (AMS) and Production Services for business-critical corporate systems, including Legal, Compliance, Audit, Risk, and Real Estate.

The role focuses on production stability, application reliability, operational risk management, service governance, and continuous improvement.

• Major Incident, Escalation & Problem Management
• Service Delivery and Program Governance

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AMS and Production Support teams across onshore and offshore environments.
• Ensure application stability, production reliability, and operational risk management.
• Manage major incidents, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives.
• Drive governance, KPI reporting, stakeholder management, and executive communications.

Preferred Skills: ITIL v3/v4, PMP, Agile, and experience supporting Legal, Compliance, Audit, or Risk applications.
