We are working with a bespoke, in-house software consultancy based in Ghent, partnering with clients to design and deliver tailored digital solutions. Our work spans custom platforms, integrations, and business-critical applications—built with a strong focus on quality, collaboration, and long-term value.

The Role

They’re looking for a Project Manager to lead software delivery projects from concept to completion. This role is ideal for someone with a background in software development who is ready to step into (or grow within) a project management position.

You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee software development projects end-to-end
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
• Support planning, prioritisation, and delivery of development work
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
• Contribute to improving internal processes and delivery methods

What They’re Looking For

• Background in software development (experience with .NET is a plus, not required)
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Interest in or motivation to grow into a project management role

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with clients or stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management tools
