Project Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Prepare project schedules, work plans, resource allocation, and construction strategies.
• Project Execution: Manage day-to-day construction activities and ensure work progresses according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Team Management: Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project costs, cash flow, material consumption, and labour expenses.
• Quality Control: Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and approved construction methods.
• Safety Management: Implement site safety procedures and ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations.
• Client Coordination: Attend progress meetings, provide project updates, and resolve technical and execution issues.
• Contract Management: Review BOQs, work orders, subcontractor bills, variations, and claims.
• Material Management: Coordinate procurement, material planning, equipment availability, and inventory control.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Documentation: Maintain progress reports, inspection records, measurement books, and project documentation.
• Project Handover: Ensure testing, commissioning where applicable, snag rectification, and final handover.

3. Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil construction and structural works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera P6, and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of estimation, BOQ, billing, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and project deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant IS codes, construction standards, and safety practices.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
