What they need
The role
We are looking for a driven, commercially aware Project Manager to lead the delivery of projects across P.Louise, from initial brief through to handover. You will take ownership of timelines, budgets, suppliers and coordination across teams, ensuring retail, café, workplace and experience projects are delivered to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
Lead multiple projects from brief, scoping and planning through delivery, snagging and final handover.
Build realistic project plans, budgets, milestones and resource requirements, securing relevant approvals.
Manage day-to-day relationships with contractors, suppliers, designers and internal project stakeholders.
Coordinate teams across retail, operations, facilities, buying and leadership to keep delivery aligned.
Monitor costs, purchase commitments and variations, highlighting risks to budget and obtaining sign-off.
Track progress against deadlines, proactively removing blockers and escalating key decisions when needed.
Oversee site readiness, deliveries, installations and refits with minimal disruption to trading operations.
Ensure appropriate owners complete required site checks, risk assessments and compliance documentation.
Run clear project updates, reporting on status, budget, risks, dependencies and next steps.
Manage quality checks, snagging, supplier close-out and structured handover to operational teams.
About you
Proven experience delivering projects end to end, ideally in retail, fit-out, hospitality or facilities.
Strong project planning, budget tracking, supplier management and negotiation skills.
Confidence managing competing deadlines, changing requirements and multiple workstreams.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence teams and hold partners accountable.
A practical, solutions-focused approach, with strong attention to detail and commercial judgement.
Confident with project tracking tools and Microsoft Office; flexibility to visit project sites as needed.
What success looks like
Projects reach agreed milestones, budgets and quality standards with clear accountability.
Risks, changes and spending are visible early, with timely decisions and approvals.
New spaces, refits and experiences are handed over ready for teams to operate effectively.
