Project Manager

As part of a dynamic Project Management team, you will support the organization in implementing its strategy by setting up, planning, and executing the company’s strategic projects in close collaboration with the involved business units.

Your day-to-day:

• Project Management: Lead, plan, and deliver complex, high-impact projects ensuring timely and on-budget delivery aligned with business priorities.
• Project Planning & Documentation: Define and maintain detailed project plans, documentation, and regular status reports to ensure effective tracking and communication.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with business, IT, and operational teams to ensure successful execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Risk & Problem Management: Identify potential risks early, resolve issues proactively, and drive corrective actions and escalations where needed.
• Governance & Reporting: Manage project governance processes, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate progress to senior leadership.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices within the PMO.

What we are looking for:

• Educational Background: Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Professional Experience: 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in insurance, banking, or digital transformation projects.
• Certifications: PMP® or equivalent project management certification will be considered a plus.
• Project Management Skills : Good understanding of project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery, will be considered an asset.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Planner (or other PM tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops)
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Self-Motivation: Able to take initiative and work independently, without constant supervision.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic environments and adjusting quickly to changing priorities.
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Combines critical thinking with a long-term view to support sound decision-making.
