Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of cross-functional initiatives across their Global Security organization. This is an onsite opportunity based in Atlanta, GA, requiring candidates to work onsite 4 days per week . This role will play a key part in driving projects that span technology, cybersecurity, risk, audit, compliance, regulatory requirements, and physical security programs.

The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive project professional with experience managing project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and project governance activities. You'll work closely with business, technology, security, legal, compliance, operations, and third-party partners to ensure projects stay on track and deliver measurable results.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure, driving accountability, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and supporting projects from planning through implementation and closeout.

Contract Duration: 3 month contract-to-Hire

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of Project Coordination or Project Management experience
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and business units
• Proven ability to build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, action logs, and RAID logs
• Experience tracking project budgets, resource allocation, and effort against estimates
• Strong experience facilitating project meetings, documenting decisions, and driving follow-up actions
• Experience identifying and escalating risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, and Microsoft Copilot
• Experience preparing project status reports, dashboards, executive updates, and stakeholder communications
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies
• Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and external partners
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience utilizing AI-powered tools to improve project planning, reporting, and documentation

Preferred Experience:

• Experience supporting cybersecurity, information security, risk, audit, compliance, or enterprise transformation initiatives
• Experience working within highly regulated environments
• Exposure to enterprise technology implementations, platform deployments, or large-scale business transformation projects
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, security operations, identity and access management (IAM), data protection, or governance initiatives
• Experience with portfolio management, strategic planning, or investment governance processes
• CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or similar project management certifications
• Experience supporting Global Security or enterprise risk management programs
