Prestige Works Roofing & Siding is looking for an experienced, hands-on Project Manager who takes pride in quality work, keeps crews moving, and makes sure customers feel taken care of from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone who understands roofing, siding, gutters, and windows—and can manage the details that turn a signed contract into a successfully completed project.

What You’ll Do

• Manage projects from initial preparation through final inspection and payment collection.
• Create clear work orders and accurate material lists.
• Measure windows and confirm project requirements.
• Coordinate crews, set expectations, and drive timely completion while maintaining quality and safety.
• Confirm labor quotes and ensure crews understand the agreed scope.
• Inspect material deliveries for accuracy, quantity, and condition.
• Track and inspect leftover materials for return.
• Perform pre-project and post-project inspections.
• Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact during production, addressing concerns and keeping them informed.
• Inspect warranty calls, document findings, and coordinate follow-up.
• Collect final payments upon project completion.
• Keep job records, photos, and updates organized through company apps.

What You Bring

• Previous experience managing roofing or exterior remodeling projects.
• Working knowledge of roofing, siding, gutters, and window installation.
• Experience using ladders and safely accessing and inspecting roofs.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence holding crews accountable for schedules and workmanship.
• Comfort using mobile apps and technology to manage jobs.
• A customer-focused attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Interest in building a long-term career with a growing company.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
