We pride ourselves on precision execution, deep technical expertise, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and schedule adherence across all commercial, industrial, and data center projects.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager with a strong background in commercial HVAC or plumbing construction. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of planning, coordinating, and executing large-commercial mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Establish comprehensive project master schedules; coordinate material deliveries, major equipment procurement, and subcontractor workflows to maintain strict milestone compliance.
  • Preconstruction & Scope: Conduct thorough preplanning across all project phases; review architectural and engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to gain a complete understanding of project scope and identify potential value-engineering or clash-detection items early.
  • Cost & Deliverable Monitoring: Track project deliverables, labor productivity, and budget expenditures in real-time; implement corrective adjustments proactively as the project progresses.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent, timely communication with clients, general contractors, and internal stakeholders regarding project progress, and financial updates.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Direct, coach, and support project engineers and administrative team members; delegate tasks effectively and foster a high-performance team culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of dedicated project management experience within commercial HVAC or commercial plumbing construction.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); working familiarity with construction management software platforms (Procore) is a strong advantage.
  • Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills; exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities under tight deadlines.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to interpret complex mechanical, architectural, and structural drawings, schematics, and local/state building codes.

Comprehensive Benefits Package

  • Retirement: Employer match on SIMPLE IRA / 401(k) options.
  • Healthcare: Premium coverage including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.
  • Security: Disability insurance and company-backed protection plans.
  • Paid Time Off & Professional Growth: Competitive PTO structure and opportunities for continuous advancement within a growing mechanical contractor.
