Location: Hybrid /London, UK 2-3 days within the London Office per week.

Travel: This role includes international travel as well as frequent travel to the US

Compensation: £40 - 45k

With over 20 years’ experience in handling large video files, ChilliPharm provides end to end video solutions for patient assessments in Clinical Trials.

Utilising our intuitive software, user friendly filming kits and facial redaction services, ChilliPharm enables clinicians, investigators and sponsors to record, share, review and submit video assessments to regulatory bodies securely and compliantly.

About the role

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. Their role will be to work closely with the Associate Director of Compliance, Head of New Business and Director of Operations to service the ChilliPharm clients. The Project Manager’s primary role is to ensure that the clients’ needs are being met in a secure and efficient way, whilst upholding and creating new processes in order to streamline the sales and support processes.

The Project Manager will also assist the Compliance Manager by ensuring that information gathered from the client is kept in line with the business’s Information Security Management System to ensure that the company fulfils its compliance obligations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working with Operations and Compliance to ensure new clients are on-boarded successfully including drafting proposals and overseeing contracting.
• Responsibility for Quality Management being applied within its own role.
• Working with the Head of Business Development on sales initiatives.
• Assisting in planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensuring client feedback is communicated to Operations for future development.
• Setting up and administering client projects.
• Tracking project status i.e. Renewals, Extensions, End Dates.
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products and creating help documentation.
• Customer Support.
• Managing and overseeing ChilliPharm's managed tablet service: preparation, shipment and documentation.

Key Skills, knowledge, attributes and experience:

• Confident communicator, negotiator and decision maker
• Strong documentation management, and an eye for detail
• Knowledge of project management and client expectation
• Technically competent with extensive experience in a variety of software systems and databases such as and not exclusive to: Monday, Google Docs, Excel etc.
• Experience of liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust

Commercial Awareness:

A strong grasp of our clients' business drivers is essential for this role. You will work closely with your team and the Head of Project Management to align our solutions with the client's commercial goals. You must also be effective at managing expectations and making strategic trade-offs to focus on priority business, customer, and stakeholder needs.
