Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects while ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software, coordinating all phases of construction schedule planning and updates.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost control measures to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and project alignment.
• Ensure construction site safety protocols are strictly followed and that all work complies with local construction regulations and environmental standards.
• Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office to streamline project documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to support project continuity.
• Supervise construction teams on-site, managing daily activities while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance; address issues proactively to minimize delays.

Skills

• Proven experience in construction management with a focus on infrastructure or commercial projects.
• Strong proficiency in project management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam Revu, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost management strategies.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex infrastructure projects from start to finish.
• Excellent leadership skills in managing teams within a fast-paced construction environment.
• Deep understanding of construction scheduling principles and project coordination best practices.
• Familiarity with construction regulatory compliance requirements across different jurisdictions.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for clear stakeholder engagement across all levels of project involvement.

Pay: $68,800.00 - $83,000.00 per year
