Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Romania . The Project Manager oversees end-to-end execution of renewable energy projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget control. Responsibilities include coordinating EPC activities, managing contractors and suppliers, ensuring timely expediting of materials, and supervising logistics for equipment and components. The role involves monitoring project progress, managing risks, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with technical, safety, and environmental standards. The Project Manager collaborates with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Helios Energy’s quality and performance expectations.

Qualifications

• University degree in civil, mechanical or electrical engineering

• Min. 3 years

  of prior professional experience in project management

  , specifically in civil, electrical and installation works in the renewable energy (precisely in solar industry)

• 10+ years

  of professional experience in the related field

• Proven team management experience

• Demonstrated customer and contract management experience

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to assess situations and make decisions based on practice or previous experience

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• No restriction for travelling frequently

• Excellent command of English is a “must”

• Proficiency in MS-Office applications

• Possession of a valid driver license

• Completed military service for male candidates

• Willingness to relocate
