Project Manager

Description

The Project Manager will support Local Good Division - the largest team within Community Operations and will perform the following:

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of pro-bono logistics projects across multiple business lines and countries
• Partner with teams across worldwide operations to identify opportunities for support, scope efforts, and drive delivery
• Own all program communications, accelerating progress through crisp and timely decision-making and clearing blockers
• Escalate issues appropriately and maintain a clear path to green on all active projects
• Prepare and conduct post-project reviews to identify gaps and continuously optimize the fulfillment experience
• Manage multiple parallel projects simultaneously, creating and disseminating project information to stakeholders including senior management
• Communicate regularly with not-for-profit partners to coordinate donations and logistics support
• Perform data entry and program tracking using Salesforce
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks
• Solve ambiguous problems with a structured and solutions-oriented approach

Skills

• Intermediate-level Salesforce proficiency with the ability to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated executive presence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and seniority levels
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to risk management
• Experience working across cross-functional and international teams
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)

Experience

• Proven experience in project or program management, preferably in an operations or logistics environment
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
• Background working with or supporting not-for-profit organizations (preferred)
• Experience presenting updates and recommendations to senior leadership

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $39.48/hour - $44.75/hour.
