Project Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager ( AI Scheduler) with 8 to 12+ years of hands-on experience as a Construction Project Manager from a General Contractor background. In this role, you will bring real-world construction execution judgment to build and refine our client's AI-powered 4D scheduling product. You will serve as the domain expert bridging field reality and cutting-edge software engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design 4D Scheduling Capabilities: Help build and optimize our client's 4D scheduling product based on how real construction projects are actually planned, sequences, and executed.
• Be the Domain Voice: Apply hands-on GC project management judgment to product and engineering decisions, acting as the internal voice of authority on construction planning and field realities.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret complex construction drawings and blueprints as a core component of daily product feature development.
• Collaborate with Engineering & AI Teams: Work directly with AI/ML engineers on technical features without needing to write code yourself. Translate construction intuition into software specifications.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: 8 to 12+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager at a major General Contractor.
• Track Record: Proven history of planning and running complex, large-scale commercial or industrial infrastructure projects across the U.S. from start to finish, including managing junior PMs.
• Technical & Software Aptitude: Strong familiarity with 4D scheduling software, construction project management platforms, 3D/BIM modeling software, and blueprinted drawings. Curiosity about AI and digital workflow tools.
• Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (Visa sponsorship is not available for this position).
