Project Manager

Project Manager (Public Sector) | Marlow (hybrid) | £45,000 - £50,000

Peaple Talent is partnering with a growing telecommunications business based in Marlow to find an experienced Project Manager. The business delivers a range of network, connectivity and security solutions for major clients across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of complex, customer-facing projects. You'll oversee multiple workstreams, manage project budgets and resources, and ensure delivery remains aligned with customer contracts, project plans and commercial objectives.

We're looking for an organised and commercially minded Project Manager who can confidently manage complex delivery programmes, build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and provide clear governance and reporting at all levels.

What You'll Bring:

• A current or recent PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification
• Strong project planning and governance skills, including managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks and issues
• Experience managing project budgets, financial performance and commercial deliverables
• Proven contract management experience, including negotiating and managing supplier contracts
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate confidently at director and executive level
• Experience leading and motivating project teams and coordinating delivery across multiple departments
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with strong MS Office skills, particularly MS Project, Visio and PowerPoint

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing projects for public sector customers and an understanding of public sector procurement frameworks
• Knowledge of SIP channels, telephony, Microsoft Teams-based routing, internet connectivity and content filtering
• Experience working with carrier and connectivity providers such as BT Wholesale, Openreach, Virgin Media, Neos Networks or Gamma
• Experience managing customer exit planning and complex contract deliverables
